Health Information & Online Library
At Olmsted Medical Center, we believe good health starts with great care™. We also believe the best care is possible when patients are active partners in becoming and staying healthy.
To help you take an active role in your healthcare, we provide free 24-hour online access to clinically reviewed information on more than 4,000 health and medication topics. While this information is not intended to replace a consultation with your healthcare provider, it can help you find answers to your questions and learn more about medical topics of interest to you.

Send us your feedback...
We're listening!
At Olmsted Medical Center, we take patient feedback very seriously, and we use it to guide our ongoing improvement projects. We include every comment we receive in our ongoing quality assessments and work to be responsive to your needs. While our overall patient satisfaction scores are around 90%, there is always room to improve.
After a visit to Olmsted Medical Center, your name is sent to Quality Data Management, the organization that gathers our patient-satisfaction survey responses. Your name may be chosen at random to participate in the survey. If you are chosen, a Quality Data Management representative will call you. Your responses are confidential. Surveys take 15 to 20 minutes, and you choose whether or not you participate.
Our Patient Relations Department also gathers feedback to guide OMC’s future development. Do you have a compliment, concern, or comment you’d like to share with us? Talk with any staff member about your OMC experience. Or, call us today. We’ve even have a special phone line just for your use: 507.292.7204.
Tell us how we’re doing—we’re listening!
