What Is OMC eCare?

OMC eCare gives you access to communicate online with a knowledgeable health care provider 24/7. You can receive a diagnosis and treatment from a health professional for many common and minor illnesses.

How Does OMC eCare Work?

To get help, you can visit the OMC eCare website using a computer, tablet, or your smartphone. After logging in, you’ll answer questions about your symptoms and health history. Then, you’ll enter payment information. OMC's providers will review your symptoms and recommend a treatment, if appropriate.

In most cases, you’ll receive your diagnosis and treatment within one hour after you submit your information. If medication is appropriate, pick up your prescriptions at your preferred pharmacy.

Who Can Use eCare?

You can take advantage of this virtual care option, whether you’re an existing OMC patient or you receive medical services elsewhere.

OMC eCare costs $35 per visit. You can’t submit OMC eCare to insurance. You must pay with a major credit card or debit card. You can also pay with debit cards from your health savings account (HSA) or healthcare flexible spending account (HCFSA).
