•    Hospitalist – Follows your medical care during your stay at the Joint Replacement Center and works with your orthopedic surgeon to meet your care needs
•    Joint replacement nurse navigator – Coordinates your surgical care, prepares you for what to expect during treatment and recovery, and helps you transition back to your daily life
•    Nursing team – Helps prepare you for surgery, assists in the operating room, cares for you post-surgery, and keeps you comfortable and safe while you’re in the hospital
•    Occupational therapy team – Teaches you how to safely and effectively perform daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing, and use special equipment that aid in your recovery, such as reachers or shower seats
