Hitting or Throwing Evaluation

An OMC hitting or throwing specialist will evaluate each athlete. A physical movement screen will assess the vital components of the athlete's hitting or throwing motions. This will identify flaws in body awareness, coordination, mobility, stability, strength and balance, and a two-dimensional video analysis will correlate findings from the physical screening.
