Hockey Skills Training

Our programs are designed to move your skills to a higher level. The focus is on proper hockey techniques to be more efficient. Correcting deficiencies and then improving the ability to move creates less stress on the body. This in turn can also lower the risk of injury, while improving the fundamentals of hockey.

Expert Hockey Sports Performance Instructors

OMC’s hockey specialists have more than 20 years of experience working with athletes at youth, high school, college, and professional levels. With regular education, our specialists bring the hockey world’s newest information and skills to you.

Hockey Ultimate Training (HUT) Program

OMC's Hockey Ultimate Training (HUT) program uses the USA’s Hockey American Development Model (ADM). Our youth and adult programs use a Blade® hockey treadmill and synthetic ice training. This gives you a controlled way to train and condition. It also gives you exact and quick feedback from your trainer.

Note: OMC’s HUT programs are not designed to treat injury.

HUT Evaluation

An OMC hockey specialist evaluates each athlete’s overall skills in one of the first two sessions. This identifies skill-building needs for:
