Volunteer opportunities
Clergy services
OMC is looking for volunteers to offer spiritual ministry to patients, family members, caregivers, and others seeking support. Certified clergy or lay persons may provide visits. Patients and families may request communication from individuals of the same denomination. Volunteers of all faiths are encouraged to participate in this program designed to meet the spiritual needs of OMC's diverse patient base. Training is provided. For more information, please contact OMC's social worker at 507.529.6806.

The OMC Hospital Auxiliary is another way to volunteer. Members of the OMC Hospital Auxiliary spend pleasant and rewarding hours serving the hospital and its patients through activities such as:
- Serving complimentary refreshments to family members of patients
- Sewing various items for patient comfort and infant care
- Staffing the Auxiliary Gift Shop at the hospital
- Assisting with various fund-raising events throughout the year.
