Our classes are up-to-date and practical, and work to meet our core educational goals:

  • To increase your knowledge so you can make informed decisions during pregnancy, birth, and beyond; increasing the satisfaction of your birth experience
  • To develop parents' trust in the birthing process and cultivate mothers' innate ability to guide themselves through childbirth
  • To encourage attachment between you and your baby during pregnancy and after your birth develop a healthy family

We encourage you to make time for education as you prepare for your birth.  Healthcare providers confirm that patients who are educated on their pregnancy, the birth process, post-partum, and early parenting have more confidence as the events occur.
