Hospital, Urgent Care, and 24-hour ER
Located at 1650 Fourth Street SE in Rochester, MN, the Olmsted Medical Center Hospital opened in 1955, becoming part of Olmsted Medical Center in 1996. If your medical needs require hospital care, you may be admitted to Olmsted Medical Center’s hospital. Your healthcare provider will assist you in arranging your hospital stay.

For your convenience, several additional care services are provided at the Olmsted Medical Center Hospital:
Urgent Care
• Walk-in only -- no appointments necessary
• Located next to hospital emergency room
• Open Mondays through Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Open weekends and holidays, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Visiting Hours
Our BirthCenter is open to visitors daily from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM and from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
All other patient areas have generally unrestricted visiting hours unless otherwise noted.
*Plastic Surgery is located at the hospital, and offers a seperate parking lot and entrance on the building's west side. Call 507.529.6740 for directions or visit Plastic Surgery's web site.
