MyOMC Patient Portal Tip

Once you have activated your MyOMC patient portal account, be sure to ask your OMC healthcare providers to begin sending related documents to your portal account. It saves you time and it's secure.

What phone number should I call if I have a question regarding MyOMC patient portal?

Please contact OMC Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM at 507.287.2780 with patient portal questions.

What should I do if my username and password no longer seem to work?

There is a link (forgot my username/password) on MyOMC patient portal log-in page. If you are still not able to log-in, call OMC at 507.287.2780 Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM and an OMC caregiver will assist you.

What should I do if I no longer have access to the e-mail account I used to create MyOMC portal account?

What should I do if I no longer remember MyOMC portal username or password?

What should I do if I no longer have the initial invitation e-mail and would like to log in to MyOMC portal?

Ask an OMC caregiver to resend the patient portal e-mail invitation or call OMC at 507.287.2780 Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM and a caregiver will assist you.

How many MyOMC portal accounts can I have?

MyOMC portal accounts are specific to each patient. A patient can only have one MyOMC portal account. If you are a parent/guardian, you may set up a separate MyOMC portal account for each of your child/dependant(s). If you are a parent/guardian and would like to sign your child/dependant up for a MyOMC portal account, you may use the same email address for all accounts. Please remember that each account is separate and you will need to complete the registration process for all accounts independently even if all accounts are set up to go to the same email address.
