James Hoffmann, DO
Chief Medical Officer
“Not a day goes by that I am not amazed by the commitment to quality that is demonstrated by our clinician, administrative, nursing and ancillary staff. I am privileged to be associated with this organization.”
OMC obstetrics and gynecology physician James Hoffmann, DO, also serves as medical vice president of hospital and surgical services, a vital position that connects clinical and support staff to OMC’s senior leadership.
Dr. Hoffmann joined OMC in 1994 after completing medical school and his residency in Ob/Gyn medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Chicago. He was instrumental in the establishment of the OMC Women’s Health Pavilion which embraces a multidisciplinary approach of healthcare delivery to our patients. Dr. Hoffmann is committed to expanding OMC’s surgical services along with expanded urgent/emergent care delivery.
When Dr. Hoffmann isn’t caring for Ob/Gyn patients or working in his administrative roles, he enjoys bicycling, motorcycling, amateur photography, and being the father of three grown children.
