Strength, Fitness & Cardio Programs

Image of weight room and trainersOur group classes are designed to build strength, fitness, and cardiovascular health. Each group class blends individual attention with collective effort, providing an encouraging and motivating environment for you to take your performance to the next level.

All group classes are 30-60 minutes per session unless otherwise indicated. And, our OPEN format gives you the flexibility to come and go when you choose (learn more).

Strength/Sculpting Workouts

Adult Strength Training

Designed for beginning and experienced lifters ages 18 and up, this class focuses on free-weight training, including dumbbells and Olympic bars. We'll design a program based on your experience and goals.

Cardio/Strength Workouts

Saturday Morning Breakfast Club

Jump start your weekend with a high-energy workout. This class uses body weight exercises, equipment, and props. Saturday Morning Breakfast Club is ideal for beginners but also will challenge veterans.

Circuit Training

Circuit Training uses stations of body weight exercises, resistance equipment, cardiovascular equipment, and some free weights. It’s a great class for those new to fitness and will challenge even those who have experience.

Mind/Body Classes


Yoga is for everyone. Increase flexibility while toning muscles, lowering stress, improving posture, and creating a better mind-body connection. This class will bring you through yoga poses and stretches to help you realize all the benefits of yoga.

Yoga for Lunch

Settle your mind and get your blood flowing with an energetic practice over the lunch hour. This class offers a variety of yoga postures during a refreshing and rejuvenating break in your day.
