Marissa Ristau - Clinician Recruitment Coordinator
Marissa joined Olmsted Medical Center in November 2021 as a Human Resources Associate and has since advanced to the role of Clinician Recruitment Coordinator. In her role, she enjoys building meaningful connections with candidates and supporting new clinicians as they embark on their careers at OMC.
Marissa earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Professional Sales, with a minor in Public Health, from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
Outside of work, Marissa enjoys traveling and time with family and friends.
Kim Helt - Human Resources Associate
Kim joined Olmsted Medical Center in 2010 as an Executive Assistant in the Administration department. In 2017 she transferred to the Human Resources department and currently provides administrative support to the Director of Human Resources as well as the entire department. Kim performs a wide variety of duties within the department but mostly enjoys the interaction with candidates when calling them to schedule an interview.
Kim graduated from the University of North Dakota with an Associate of Arts degree in Executive Secretary and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Education. Prior to joining Olmsted Medical Center, she worked as a claims adjuster at American Family Insurance for several years.
In Kim's spare time, she enjoys going to her lake home, traveling, watching/attending sporting events, and spending time with family.
Samantha Sadler - Employment Coordinator
Samantha joined Olmsted Medical Center in December 2025 as the Employment Coordinator. In her role, she is responsible for identifying talented individuals who exemplify Olmsted Medical Center’s mission, vision, and core values while supporting exceptional patient care across the organization.
Samantha finds great joy in building strong relationships with employees and managers and connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities at Olmsted Medical Center.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix in 2015.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys reading, watching hockey/football, and spending time with friends and family.
Sierra Robertson - Employment Specialist
Sierra joined Olmsted Medical Center in May 2025 as the Employment Specialist. In this role, she supports various aspects of the hiring process, with a primary focus in organizing interviews, managing job postings, and recruitment. Sierra is passionate about building strong connections with candidates and creating a positive hiring experience.
Sierra graduated Cum Laude from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in Business Management.
Outside of work, Sierra enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
Paige Funke - Administrative Assistant
Paige started with OMC in May of 2023 as our Healthcare Intern in HR. Working in HR, she is the first person you see as you enter the HR office. Her duties include contacting new employees once they have been hired to complete all the necessary paperwork and background information. She also is responsible for making sure employees are up to date on their licensing and certifications. She does all the paperwork for students who are doing clinical rotations or shadowing at OMC. She has a wide variety of duties within the HR department.
Paige is working towards her Bachelor of Business Science with an emphasis in Human Resources. She will graduate in May of 2025 from Southern New Hampshire University. Outside of work Paige enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
