Marissa Ristau - Clinician Recruitment Coordinator
Marissa joined Olmsted Medical Center in November 2021 as a Human Resources Associate and has since advanced to the role of Clinician Recruitment Coordinator. In her role, she enjoys building meaningful connections with candidates and supporting new clinicians as they embark on their careers at OMC.
Marissa earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Professional Sales, with a minor in Public Health, from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
Outside of work, Marissa enjoys traveling and time with family and friends.
Samantha Sadler - Employment Coordinator
Samantha joined Olmsted Medical Center in December 2025 as the Employment Coordinator. In her role, she is responsible for identifying talented individuals who exemplify Olmsted Medical Center’s mission, vision, and core values while supporting exceptional patient care across the organization.
Samantha finds great joy in building strong relationships with employees and managers and connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities at Olmsted Medical Center.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix in 2015.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys reading, watching hockey/football, and spending time with friends and family.
Sierra Robertson - Employment Specialist
Sierra joined Olmsted Medical Center in May 2025 as the Employment Specialist. In this role, she supports various aspects of the hiring process, with a primary focus in organizing interviews, managing job postings, and recruitment. Sierra is passionate about building strong connections with candidates and creating a positive hiring experience.
Sierra graduated Cum Laude from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in Business Management.
Outside of work, Sierra enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
Michaela Olson - Human Resources Associate
Michaela joined Olmsted Medical Center as a Patient Service Representative supporting Nephrology and Neurology before transitioning to Human Resources in March 2026. With a strong passion for working with people, Michaela enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping others navigate challenges. She values the opportunity to connect with employees and candidates and contribute to a positive experience throughout their time at OMC.
Prior to joining Olmsted Medical Center, Michaela spent nine years as an esthetician, where she built strong relationships with clients and developed valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and creating positive experiences for others.
Outside of work, Michaela enjoys reading, cooking, and most of all, spending time with her daughter and family
Alyssa Ruffridge - Human Resources Generalist
Alyssa joined Olmsted Medical Center in May 2025 as an HR Intern and transitioned into an HR Generalist role in April 2026. She earned her bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Winona State University.
In her role, Alyssa enjoys the variety of responsibilities that come with Human Resources and values the opportunity to build relationships with her team, staff, and employees throughout Olmsted Medical Center. She is passionate about supporting employees and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and making memories with friends and family.
