Infant Car Seat Safety Class

A class for parents, grandparents, daycare providers, or anyone who wishes to learn more about current car seat safety. Taught by certified child seat inspection technicians, this class will help you gain a greater understanding of how to match the best seat to your specific vehicle and child, how to properly secure your child, and seat installation tips.

If you have obtained your infant car seat, please bring it with you to class, along with the instruction manual. 

Thank you for registering for OMC Prenatal & Family Education Classes! Our classes are held in the

Founders Room of Olmsted Medical Center – Hospital, 1650 Fourth Street SE, Rochester, Minnesota. The Founders Conference Room is located off of the cafeteria. You may park in the front lot and enter through the hospital’s main entrance.

Snacks and break times are provided throughout the class. You are encouraged to bring your own snacks and water/beverage bottle.  

If you choose to pay with a check, please make it payable to “Olmsted Medical Center.” Tell us the name of your insurance provider, as it may determine the amount of coverage for class payment. You may send payment to our office or bring it with you to class. Scholarships are available for all classes. We will not turn anyone away because of inability to pay.
