Squirt Boys and U10 Girls Summer Camp
This camp is designed for Squirt boys and U10 girls who are eager to elevate their game. Our expert coaches will guide athletes through a comprehensive training program utilizing our state-of-the-art synthetic ice and blade hockey treadmill. Focus will be on core skills such as speed, quickness, stride mechanics, balance, edge work, stick handling, shooting, and more. Combine with Speed for Sport on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a complete training regimen.

For PeeWee boys and U12 girls looking to sharpen their skills, this camp focuses on developing speed, quickness, stride work, balance, stick handling, shooting, and more. Utilizing advanced training tools such as synthetic ice and the blade hockey treadmill, athletes will gain a competitive edge. Bundle with the Learn to Lift program for a full, well-rounded training experience.
Prerequisites: Currently enrolled as or moving up to PeeWee boys or U12 girls level.

Goalie Camp
Two-Day Intensive Training
This weekly camp focuses on enhancing the basic skills of goaltending, including saving puck control, body posture while in movement, stance, positioning, angles, balance, and save selection. Shooting drills will also be incorporated, with each goaltender being individually evaluated.

Athletic Performance Summer Camps
Youth Strength
A beginner strength and conditioning course for young athletes aged 10-12, this program emphasizes proper lifting form over weight. It provides a safe and encouraging environment for learning essential techniques, promoting long-term athletic development.

Athletic Performance
This program is designed to increase your strength and speed during the off-season. This program will include both resistance training and conditioning based on your sport. This program is for athletes ages 12 to 18. The objective of this program is to improve strength, speed, and agility as well as help reduce the risk of sports related injuries. Our strength and conditioning coaches focus on proper form and technique using resistance equipment in our weight room as well as sport specific conditioning utilizing our gym. The OMC Sports Medicine and Athletic Performance use the TeamBuildr® electronic training system for state-of-the-art programming.

This 9-week program is designed to improve physical fitness, focusing on speed, agility, power, and reaction time for athletes of all levels. The program is divided into two groups, catering to younger and older athletes for personalized development.

Ages 10-12 (Beginner): Tuesdays & Thursdays, 2:30 - 3:30 PM
Focus: Body mechanics, sprint positioning, speed, agility, and reaction.

Focus: Sprint mechanics, speed endurance, lateral quickness, power, and reaction.
