Our Services

OMC’s laboratory and pathology services include:

  • routine testing – Chemistry, hematology, and blood specimen collection (available at most locations)
  • rapid screenings – On-the-spot testing for strep, influenza, and urinary tract infections
  • microbiology – Culture testing for infections
  • pathology – Evaluation of surgical specimens and tissues to support accurate diagnoses
  • specialized testing – Medically necessary drug testing and infectious disease testing
  • timely results – Most lab work is available within 24 hours; culture and surgical specimen results are typically ready within 48 hours (except those requiring outside processing).
