What to Expect

Step 1: Getting Started

Call 507.292.7416 or talk with your OMC primary care provider to get started. A nurse will walk you through a brief phone questionnaire to help us understand your needs and guide your next steps.

Step 2: First Appointment

You’ll complete a short in-clinic visit and any needed lab work. Then, our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) team will work with you to create a care plan that’s tailored to your needs and goals.

Step 3: Ongoing Care

You’ll have weekly visits during your first month to help you get started safely and confidently. As you make progress, visits will become less frequent. Your care team will stay connected with your primary care provider, specialists, and community supports so you always have coordinated, ongoing care.
