Easy Ways to Refill

• Call your pharmacy – If you’re out of refills, we’ll contact your provider for approval. Please allow up to 7 business days.
• Use the RxLocal app – Refill anytime from your smartphone. Register here
• Medication Sync Program – Pick up all of your prescriptions on the same day each month. This reduces extra trips and helps you stay on schedule.

💡 Tip: Order refills 7–10 days before you run out. Have your medication label handy when you call.

Switching to OMC Pharmacy

Already using another pharmacy? Moving your prescriptions is easy:

1. Ask your current pharmacy to transfer your refills to OMC.
2. Tell your care provider to send new prescriptions to your preferred OMC location.

Delivery Options

Free Courier Delivery – Weekday delivery available within Rochester city limits.

Prescription Mail Delivery – Get medications mailed anywhere in Minnesota at no extra cost.

• Allow 7–10 business days for delivery.
• Payment accepted by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).

💡 Best for: Long-term medications you take regularly.

Special Information on Narcotic Refills

• Available Monday through Thursday for chronic (long-term) medications.
• Refills are not available for lost or damaged prescriptions due to the risk of dependence and abuse.
