  • develop a trusting relationship with you and provide guidance during pregnancy and the birthing process
  • encourage a healthy level of attachment between you and your baby
  • increase your knowledge to help you make informed decisions during pregnancy, birth, and beyond
  • help siblings prepare for the arrival of their new brother or sister.

BirthCenter Classes

Select from a variety of OMC BirthCenter classes that support and prepare you for pregnancy, labor, postpartum care, breastfeeding, and early parenting. You can bring a partner, friend, or family member to class to serve as your support person. You can register online for pregnancy and childbirth classes.
