OT Services

Your occupational therapist, or OT, is a healthcare professional who can help you build skills and do daily living activities more easily. Your OT will work with you to create a personalized care plan that will help you increase your independence. Your plan may include:

  • Rehabilitation to do self-care activities like bathing, eating, and dressing
  • Cognitive (thinking) assessments and tests
  • Custom splinting to rehabilitate the hand after an injury or surgery
  • Education to learn how to use adaptive equipment
  • Industrial rehabilitation to recover from a work-related injury or work safely
  • Pediatric feeding therapy
  • Range-of-motion and strengthening exercises
