Strength Training for the Endurance Athlete

This comprehensive strength training is designed to improve performance while reducing the risk of injury due to repetitive movement patterns.

Components include:

  • Strength training programs for cyclists and endurance runners regardless of experience
  • Functional movement screen to identify any movement pattern deficiencies.
  • Eight week program
  • A minimum number of six athletes must be enrolled for the class to proceed, with a maximum number of 14 athletes allowed in the class
  • The fee for the program is $208.00 for 16 hours of training. This is an excellent program regardless of the athletes’ level of experience in the weight room.
