Need high-quality care fast? Visit OMC FastCare® for walk-in or scheduled visits for common illnesses and minor injuries. You don’t need to be an OMC patient to use FastCare® — just come when you need care.

Cost & Insurance

Flat visit fee: $65. We can also bill your insurance.

Additional charges may apply for vaccines, certain lab tests, or special services.

Ask staff about your cost at check-in if you have questions.

Important Notes

  • FastCare® is for non-emergency care. If you have life-threatening symptoms (chest pain, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, signs of a stroke), call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency department.
  • FastCare® sees children 12 months and older. For infants under 12 months or complex pediatric concerns, contact your child’s primary care provider.

Conditions We Treat

FastCare® treats many common, non-urgent conditions, including:

  • colds, flu symptoms, COVID symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, congestion)
  • earaches and sore throat (strep testing available)
  • sinus infections and bronchitis
  • urinary tract infections (UTIs) — females ages 12–65
  • minor rashes, poison ivy/oak, eczema, athlete’s foot, and sunburn
  • minor burns and insect bites/stings
  • acne and cold sores
  • mononucleosis (mono) testing
  • skin infections such as impetigo and ringworm
  • stitch removal and basic wound checks
  • sports physicals (note: not billable to insurance).

Additional Services

  • COVID-19 testing (see how to get tested below)
  • Pregnancy tests (age 18+, extra charge)
  • Rapid tests for strep, influenza, and mono (extra charges may apply)
  • Routine basic labs as ordered by the provider

How to Get a COVID Test

You have three easy options:

  1. Call your primary care provider — a nurse will screen and schedule testing if appropriate.
  2. Visit FastCare® — if a provider determines testing is needed during your visit, it will be done then.
  3. If you do not have a PCP, call the OMC messaging center at 507.292.7070 for help.
