- Extended evening hours: Monday–Friday, 5:00–9:00 PM
- Short wait times: Most visits start within 5–20 minutes
- Affordable: Cost is similar to an in-person primary care visit
- Simple: No appointment needed—just log in and start your visit
Note: On-Demand visits are for non-emergency medical needs only. If you have life-threatening symptoms, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency department.
How On-Demand Works - 3 Easy Steps
- Open OMC MyChart. Log in, then select On-Demand from the main menu. Enter your information and symptoms.
- Meet with a provider. When it’s your turn, a provider will join the video visit to diagnose and offer treatment.
- Receive a care plan. If needed, a prescription will be sent to your preferred pharmacy.
What to Expect
- Visits last about 15 minutes and are available first come, first served.
- Wait times typically range from 5–20 minutes.
- If lab work or other testing is needed, your provider will guide you to complete it at an OMC location.
- If your provider determines you need in-person or emergency care, there is no charge for the video visit.
