Meet the Care Team
WHOLEyou brings together specialists from across OMC to support every part of your health journey.
Dr. Dow is a board-certified OB/GYN and obesity medicine specialist who leads the WHOLEyou team with both medical expertise and a passion for patient-centered care. As chair of OMC’s BirthCenter, Dr. Dow is no stranger to walking beside patients during major life changes. She brings that same commitment to the WHOLEyou program, helping people navigate their weight and wellness journeys with dignity and respect.
Outside of her medical practice, Dr. Dow is a mother of four who enjoys running, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
Stephanie is a board-certified Physician Assistant with advanced training in obesity medicine through The Obesity Society and the Obesity Medicine Association.
Stephanie believes in personalized and sustainable treatment plans that reflect a patient's unique lifestyle- combining nutrition, physical activity, behavior change, and medical therapy. She is dedicated to staying current on best practices in the field and emerging therapies. She is an active member of the Obesity Medicine Association. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys gardening, fishing, boating, and exploring Minnesota parks with her family.

Shared Medical Appointments
WHOLEyou centers on Shared Medical Appointments — supportive group sessions that combine education, provider access, and peer encouragement.
During these visits, you’ll:
- learn about nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and goal setting
- connect with others on similar journeys
- spend extended time with your provider in a supportive setting.
