How the Program Works

WHOLEyou uses a proven model called Shared Medical Appointments (SMAs)—group visits where you learn, connect with others, and receive guidance from healthcare providers.

During SMAs, you will:

  • Learn about nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, and goal setting
  • Hear from others on similar journeys
  • Have extended time with your provider in a supportive setting

Services Designed for Your Goals

  • Nutrition Counseling
    • Work one-on-one with a registered dietitian to create a plan that fits your lifestyle and supports your health goals.
  • Health Coaching
    • Meet with a certified health coach for six individual sessions to explore motivations, overcome challenges, and build momentum.
  • Psychological Support
    • Licensed clinical health psychologists help you manage stress, shift your mindset, and support healthy behavior change.
  • Personal Training
    • Our trainers meet you at your current ability level and help you build safe, realistic movement routines.

    • Sleep plays a major role in weight, mood, and energy. Our team can help assess and treat sleep concerns.
