    The Healing Process at OMC

    Evaluation & Diagnosis

Your wound care journey begins with a comprehensive examination at the Advanced Wound Healing Clinic. During your first visit, your provider will:

    • Assess the wound’s type, size, and cause
    • Review your medical history and overall health
    • Order diagnostic tests such as lab work, imaging (MRI or ultrasound), transcutaneous oxygen tests, or vascular studies if needed
    Personalized Care Plan

Based on your evaluation, your provider will design a customized treatment plan that may include advanced therapies, supportive services, and at-home care instructions.

    Measuring Progress

At each visit, your provider will document wound size, depth, and healing progress. Adjustments will be made as needed to keep your recovery on track.
