What can you do?

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
• Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue or your sleeve – not in your hands.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
• If you are not feeling well, stay home from school, work, and activities and do not go into crowded public places or visit people in the hospital.
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
• The CDC recommends wearing cloth face coverings in public settings where other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.
