Dr. Kelly’s practice includes preventive health and chronic disease management, including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, thyroid disorders, asthma, COPD, headache, and opioid use disorder. He also provides care for women’s and men’s health, dermatologic conditions such as acne (including oral isotretinoin), skin biopsies and lesion destruction using cryotherapy or cautery, musculoskeletal conditions with joint injections, birth control services (including IUD and Nexplanon), DOT exams, and muscle and joint disorders.
