Areas of Interest
As an Occupational Therapist (OT), Hailey Silvers is dedicated to enriching lives through expert care. Hailey has been with OMC since 2022 and works in the inpatient area of the hospital as well as in our outpatient hand clinic. Hailey was introduced to the occupational therapy field by her mother, who is a speech therapist. Hailey is passionate about helping patients become more independent while helping them gain strength to return to their daily lives. Hailey wants her patients to know that “I am focused on their goals. I always start by asking what they want out of their session, what their hobbies are, and what they do for work, just to make sure we’re focusing our session on their needs.”
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Hailey enjoys walking her dog, fishing, and spending time with friends and family. She values her role at OMC for the supportive team and opportunities for growth and development within her field.
