Areas of Interest
As a Certified Nurse Midwife in the Obstetrics and Gynecology department, Ikaram Hussien, DNP, APRN, CNM, is dedicated to enriching lives through expert care. Ikaram has been with OMC since 2023 and specializes in prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care, as well as contraceptive counseling, menopause care, routine primary care, and more. Ikaram feels strongly about empowering her patients in their healthcare journey and wants them to feel in control of their care through shared decision making. She wants her patients to know that she takes their trust very seriously and that she will always do her best to ensure that their concerns and questions are answered and addressed.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Ikaram enjoys knitting, traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors riding her bike. She values her role at OMC for her patients and the ability to make a difference in their lives.
