Areas of Interest
Dr. Setter provides general neurology care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of headaches/migraine, memory loss, tremor, and POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). Dr. Setter is an expert in performing nerve conduction studies, electromyography, and neuromuscular ultrasound to diagnose nerve and muscle disease including carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy, radiculopathy, and peripheral neuropathy. Dr. Setter is also an expert in neuromuscular diseases, including ALS, myasthenia gravis and myopathy.
Personal Interests
Dr. Setter believes in a patient-centered approach, emphasizing collaboration and shared decision-making. She says, ?Whenever there is a doctor visit, there are two experts in the room. The doctor has medical expertise, but the patient is the expert in their own experience. My goal is to work as a team to find the best solution for each individual.?
