As a Neurology physician, Deborah Setter, MD, is dedicated to enriching lives through expert care. Dr. Setter provides comprehensive neurology care, including the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of headaches and migraine, memory loss, tremor, and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS). She has expertise in nerve conduction studies, electromyography, and neuromuscular ultrasound to diagnose nerve and muscle conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy, radiculopathy, and peripheral neuropathy. Dr. Setter also specializes in the care of patients with neuromuscular diseases, including ALS, myasthenia gravis, and myopathy.
Personal Interests
Dr. Setter believes in a patient-centered approach, emphasizing collaboration and shared decision-making. She says, "Whenever there is a doctor visit, there are two experts in the room. The doctor has medical expertise, but the patient is the expert in their own experience. My goal is to work as a team to find the best solution for each individual."
