As a physician in the Active Aging Services department at Olmsted Medical Center, Hillary Fitzgerald, MD is dedicated to enriching lives through expert care. Dr. Fitzgerald has been with OMC since 2025 and provides palliative care and primary care for patients in nursing homes and rehabilitation settings, with a focus on symptom management, chronic disease progression, and conversations about what to expect in the future. Dr. Fitzgerald is passionate about building trusting relationships and ensuring each patient’s goals, needs, and support systems are at the center of care. Dr. Fitzgerald says, “When patients come to Active Aging Services, we work as a team. We set the agenda together and connect patients with the resources and support that are most helpful for them that day.”
