Olivia Smallbrock is a strength and performance coach at Olmsted Medical Center's Sports Medicine and Athletic Performance facility. Olivia’s commitment to strength and conditioning comes from her extensive career as both a youth hockey player and student athlete. During her time as an athlete at UWEC, Olivia had the opportunity to work with almost all of the sports teams on campus, alongside their strength coaching staff. Olivia understands teamwork and commitment to sport better than anyone. She truly enjoys working with people and watching their growth as athletes and individuals.
