Areas of Interest
A SMAP strength and performance coach, Miles joined Olmsted Medical Center in July of 2022. He earned a Bachelor’s degree at Northwest Missouri State University and then a Master’s degree in Health and Physical Education from the same school in May of 2019. Prior to joining the staff at OMC, Miles had the opportunity to work with athletes at Northwest Missouri State University, William Jewell College, and Harvard University. Most recently, he was employed as the Director of Athletic Performance at Luther College for two years before moving to the Rochester area. Miles enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds to help them achieve their fitness and performance goals.
