Sydney Ede Herber

Areas of Interest

Sydney is a clinical athletic trainer. She attended Winona State University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Movement Science and a minor in Psychology. She then received a Master of Science degree in Athletic Training from Winona State University in 2024. Sydney is also a Corrective Exercise Specialist. This credential allows Sydney to help clients and athletes optimize their movements by assessing and correcting muscle imbalances and movement compensations.
