Areas of Interest
As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Practitioner in OMC’s Neurology department, Theresa Russell, APRN, CNP, is dedicated to enriching lives through expert care. Theresa has been with OMC since 2014 and specializes in caring for patients experiencing headaches (migraines and post-concussion), workers’ compensation cases, stroke complications, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and neuropathy. Theresa says, “I want patients to know that they are first; they are important, and their symptoms are important to me. I love being next to the patient and providing care, and when you provide that care, you want to see them get better, and to see them grow to their potential is very rewarding. That’s why I become a nurse practitioner – to continue caring for patients on that higher level.”
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Theresa enjoys gardening, canning, and singing. She is also an active member of her faith community.
