Areas of Interest
Ashley is a clinical social worker who provides evidence based psychotherapy through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and mindfulness strategies in treatment of adult mental and behavioral health. Focus for treatment includes depression, anxiety, grief, adjustment, aging, emotional health related to physical condition and women's health and peripartum mood disorders.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Ashley likes to be a member of the Minnesota Gerontological Society, Southeastern Minnesota Nursing Home Social Workers Association, American Society on Aging and National Association of Social Workers. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, riding horse and crafting.
