As a Sports Medicine physician, Matthew Thompson, MD, is dedicated to enriching lives through expert care. Dr. Thompson’s clinical interests include sports-related injuries, fracture management, osteoarthritis, concussion care, muscle sprains and strains, ultrasound-guided injections, shoulder and rotator cuff injuries, hip impingement, and lateral knee pathology.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Dr. Thompson is the head team physician for the Rochester Honkers, team physician for RCTC, team physician for the Milwaukee Brewers. He previously covered the US Ski Team, US Speedskating, Milwaukee Ballet, PGA Tour, WWE Wrestling, and National Football League (Rams).
