Foundation Board of Directors

OMC Regional Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors, comprised of community members representing the interests of the communities OMC serves. Olmsted Medical Center representation to the Foundation includes the Chair of the OMC Board of Trustees, OMC's President and Chair of the OMC Board of Governors, OMC’s Chief Executive Officer, and an OMC clinician elected by the OMC Regional Foundation Board of Directors.
