Cancer Screenings
Regular screenings can help find cancer early, when it’s most treatable.
Breast Cancer: Mammogram every 1–2 years, ages 40–74+
Cervical Cancer: Pap smear every 3 years (ages 21–29) or every 5 years (ages 30–65)
Colon Cancer: Screening ages 45–75; options include stool-based tests or colonoscopy
Lung Cancer: Low-dose CT scan, ages 50–80 with a smoking history
Prostate Cancer: Talk with your provider about PSA testing (ages 50–70)
Skin Cancer: Regular self-exams and clinical skin checks

Heart Health: Blood pressure and cardiovascular risk checks

Stay up to date on these adult vaccines:

- Influenza (Flu): Every year
- Tetanus: Every 10 years
- Pneumonia: Age 50+
- Shingles: Age 50+
- RSV: Recommended for high-risk adults ages 50–74 and all adults 75+
