OMC CareLink 

OMC CareLink provides clinicians and staff from skilled nursing/long-term care facilities view-only access to a patient’s health record. This includes medical history, lab results, diagnostic test results, hospitalization records and discharge instructions, notes, medications, and allergies. It also allows a secure way to communicate with OMC’s care providers to coordinate patient care.
