Scheduling an Appointment at FastCare 

Patients are now able to schedule an appointment at FastCare by using the OMC MyChart patient portal. How to schedule an appointment:

  • If you have an OMC MyChart account, after sign into your account, select “Schedule an Appointment” from the menu and then select the option to “find a new provider” under the list of your current providers. On the next page, select the “Urgent Care” button. NOTE: if making an appointment for a family member, it will need to be made using the patient’s OMC MyChart account. For example: a parent whose child needs to be seen at FastCare will need to use the child’s OMC MyChart account to schedule the appointment.

  • If you do not have an OMC MyChart account, you can sign in as a “guest.” To do this, select green button that says “Schedule an Appointment” from the right-hand navigation on the homepage.

Same day and next day appointment slots are available. To learn more about FastCare services and hours of operation, visit our website at FastCare South is closed for lunch from 1:00 – 1:30 PM. FastCare North is closed for lunch from 1:30 PM until 2:00 PM. 

In addition to scheduling a FastCare appointment, patients can “direct schedule” an appointment with a care provider with whom they have an established patient/provider relationship. If patients do not have an established patient/provider relationship, they can use the “open scheduling” option. All of OMC’s primary care providers are available through open scheduling. An advantage of using OMC MyChart is that patients can reschedule and cancel appointments from their phone or computer.
