Working With Your Insurance

We work with most insurance plans and will bill your insurance company on your behalf.

Helpful reminders:

Bring your insurance card and photo ID to every visit to keep your records up to date.

Some procedures may need pre-authorization from your insurance company. Contact them before your visit if you’re unsure.

You’re responsible for paying any co-pays, deductibles, or co-insurance after insurance has processed your claim.

Common terms:

Deductible: The amount you pay before insurance begins to cover costs.

Co-pay: A fixed amount you pay for each visit or service.

Co-insurance: A percentage of costs not covered by insurance.
