Payment Assistance

At Olmsted Medical Center (OMC), we understand that medical bills can be stressful. We offer several options to help patients manage their balances and get the care they need.

Bank Loan Option

If you can’t meet OMC’s extended payment guidelines, a bank loan may be available.

  • 0% interest
  • Co-signed by OMC and provided through Sterling State Bank
  • Designed for balances over $250

To qualify, you must:

  • owe more than $250
  • not have any balances in collections with OMC
  • have a qualifying credit score
  • not use the loan for cosmetic services.

Extended Payment Plans

If you can’t pay your full balance at once, OMC offers monthly payment plans based on your total balance.

If your total balance increases, your monthly payment amount may be adjusted.

OMC is committed to providing quality care for all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. Our Financial Assistance Program helps patients who qualify based on household income, assets, and family size.
