Rather than "invent" patients and testimonial stories for our public-awareness campaign material, Olmsted Medical Center caregivers sought out patients who were willing to share their OMC experiences.

The words in each of these stories are that patient's words; the experience those words relate are that patient's honest experience at OMC. Each contributing patient was consulted at multiple steps during the development of this material to make sure our presentation of each story was authentic and realistic.

We are interested in hearing your Olmsted Medical Center story. Use the form below to submit your story. We will review your submission and post as many as we can to this section of our Website. Many people’s lives - those of patients, family members, and visitors - have been touched by someone at this organization. Please use Patient Stories to share some of the heartwarming situations you’ve witnessed or experienced yourself so we may:

• Keep a historical record of the great acts that occur throughout our health care organization and our community
